Never one to rest for just plain ol’ perfection, Ali decided to up it notch. “I added a secret ingredient to make this Rosé really special,” says Ali. “I had to get really creative to find a similar balance because 2016 wasn’t as cruelly hot as 2015 was.” You can needle her for the secret all you want, but all you’ll probably get out of her is the fact that her inspiration was, again, the Rosés of southwestern France. “There’s something very special they do with Rosé there…” she says.
